How do I reserve an experience?

Give us a call, text, or submit an inquiry. We'll discuss your event, check availability, and help you choose the experiences that fit your celebration.

How far in advance should I book?

Popular dates can fill quickly, especially during spring, summer, and holiday seasons. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred experiences.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A deposit may be required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event, depending on the services selected.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

Event Logistics

How much space do I need?

Space requirements vary depending on the experience selected. We'll review your event location and help determine the best setup for your space.

Do you provide setup and teardown?

Yes. We handle delivery, setup, and teardown so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Can your experiences be used indoors or outdoors?

Many of our experiences can be used indoors or outdoors, provided there is adequate space, access, and safe setup conditions.

What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?

Weather-related decisions depend on the experience selected. If severe weather creates unsafe conditions, we'll work with you to discuss available options.

What types of photo experiences do you offer?

We offer themed backdrops, immersive selfie experiences, shimmer walls, 360 experiences, and interactive photo opportunities designed to create memorable moments.

Do guests receive photos?

Photo delivery options vary by experience. We'll explain available options when discussing your event.

Can I choose a specific backdrop or theme?

Absolutely. We'll help you select the experience that best fits your event theme and style.

What types of inflatables do you offer?

We offer bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, yard games, and other attractions designed for a variety of events and age groups.

Do inflatables require power?

Most inflatable attractions require access to electrical power. We'll discuss power requirements during booking.

Who supervises the attractions?

Adult supervision is recommended for all inflatable attractions. Certain events may require additional supervision depending on the setup.

We offer stuffed animal workshops, DIY activities, party favors, take-home projects, seasonal experiences, décor enhancements, and more.

Are the activities suitable for different age groups?

Yes. We can recommend activities based on the age range and size of your event.

In most cases, yes. Many of our creative experiences are designed to provide guests with a memorable take-home item.
