By booking any service through Hustle Mama Events, including services provided by Oh Snap! Selfies, Let's Bounce, and Make It Mama, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
All bookings are subject to availability and are not considered reserved until confirmed by Hustle Mama Events. Deposits, payments, travel fees, setup requirements, event logistics, and other service details will be communicated during the booking process and may vary depending on the experiences selected.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate event information, including event location, access requirements, event timing, and any conditions that may impact setup or operation. Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional fees, modifications to services, or cancellation of the booking.
Hustle Mama Events reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel services when conditions are deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or otherwise unsuitable for successful event execution. Weather conditions, venue restrictions, power availability, surface conditions, and other factors may affect certain services, particularly outdoor attractions and installations.
Customers assume responsibility for the conduct and supervision of event guests unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Hustle Mama Events is not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, or interruptions resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow provided instructions, guest conduct, venue conditions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that event photography, video, and other media may be captured during setup or operation. Unless otherwise requested in writing, Hustle Mama Events may use non-identifiable event imagery for marketing, portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.
These terms are intended to create clear expectations and help ensure a positive experience for both our team and our customers. Additional policies regarding payments, cancellations, travel, weather, refunds, and event-specific requirements may apply and will be communicated as part of the booking process.
